2024 Australian Interior Design Awards: Installation Design

June 17, 2024

Jury comment

In a very competitive category, Design Wall impressed the jury by demonstrating a strong graphic solution that engagingly brought viewer and subject together within a clear agenda of light touch and re-use. It was awarded for its different approach to exhibition design, achieving a zero-waste, leave-no-trace outcome while championing a cohesive visual language and curated educational display. It also stood out as an excellent example of a design team working collaboratively to realise the most genuinely sustainable and impactful approach to installation design. Design Week truly captured the spirit and ethos of the function it presented, and its captivating message and focus on education, along with complete adaptive re-use, ultimately set it apart.
